Refunds/Exchanges
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with an item, we will gladly exchange the product for an item of the same value as original purchased product. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please be aware that any personalized items will not be refundable, If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, Please email our customer service at support@vaportrailclothing.com or reach out to one of our social medias. Outright returns will not be available.
Eligibility For Exchange
Exchange within 30 days of purchase of item.*
Items must be in new, re-saleable condition.
Clothing items must have tags (if originallly) attached to be returnable.
Defective Items
If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, such as clothing with rips, holes in fabric, etc; Please email our customer service support@vaportrailclothing.com or reach out to one of our social medias. Explain your issue and we will gladly replace your item.
Wrong Items
If you received the wrong item, please email our customer service at support@vaportrailclothing.com or reach out to one of our social medias and a member of our customer service team will assist you.
Undeliverable Items
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory.
Back Ordered Items
We make our best effort to keep all items in the online store in stock. However in the instance your item is back ordered (Out of Stock) we will alert you when your items do ship and will include the estimated time upon restock when possible. Items typically are re-stocked within 2-3 weeks.
